In 1961, whilst admiring the green hills of Numana, Hans Walter Neumann could not help noticing the resemblance with Taunus, his native town in Germany. He was totally won over and started to build delightful, white holiday homes which were in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape.
Thus the Taunus Village was born. This is not a fairy tale but the simple story of the owner of our agency. He managed to fulfil his dream and start a wonderful, never-ending adventure by giving life to the small fishing village of Numana, which is still one of the most popular tourist destinations.

We have been operating in the field of tourism on the Riviera del Conero for more than 35 years. Our long experience enables us to offer you the best for an exclusive holiday. Our headquarters are on the premises of the Taunus Village and we are the leading agency for rented holiday accommodation in the area, with the exclusive for villas and detached homes with garden and swimming pool. We are extremely proud of our clients’ complete satisfaction which is a guarantee of the services we provide. H. Walter Neumann, the current owner and founder of the village, wanted to offer a cheerful and relaxing holiday atmosphere and managed to do so by building the Taunus Village. This concept of a privileged holiday was then extended to the camping sites and flats situated in the nearby resorts of Sirolo, Numana and Marcelli. Various types of accommodation are now available: villas with swimming pool, detached holiday homes, apartments, bungalows and camping pitches. Our professionalism and competence is at everyone’s disposal. Accommodation is carefully selected and guaranteed and our highly qualified reception staff is always available for whatever you might need.
